Methodology

The Cybersecurity Community Awards 2026 followed a transparent, community-driven process. Nominations were open to vendors and independent community members, with finalists shortlisted based on nomination volume and Expert Insights’ independent analysis. The public voting stage was then open to cybersecurity professionals and practitioners.

Award winners were determined solely by community votes, these awards remain strictly not pay-to-play. The vendor named “Winner” recieved the most votes from the community, while the 2nd and 3rd most voted vendors received “Top Performer” recognition.

To ensure fairness across companies of all sizes, internal vendor votes were capped at 25% of each company’s total. Any votes exceeding this threshold were removed from the final count.
