One of the biggest AI conferences of 2025 just wrapped in Las Vegas, featuring on-stage presentations, fireside chats, and panels with some of the world’s foremost AI companies.
I had a chance to walk the floor and speak with many of the experts showcasing their innovative AI solutions and services – from AI security platforms to completely lifelike AI video agents.
Here are 10 of coolest AI tools we saw at HumanX.
Kong Inc
Kong Inc is a cloud API gateway platform that ensures fast, reliable, and secure API connections. This helps to improve security and performance.
- Why it’s cool: Kong has launched an AI gateway which enables teams to run and secure LLM traffic. You can build and adopt GenAI platforms faster with AI plugins.
- Use Cases: Kong allows you to easily deploy and monitor popular AI tools like OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, Llama, Mistra, and AWS Bedrock into your applications securely.

AI21 Labs
A121 Labs allows teams to build their own custom generative AI applications, powered by their Jamba Open models.
- Why it’s cool: AI21 ensures teams have complete control over generative AI apps with air gapped systems and hybrid cloud setups. Apps are fully customizable. At HumanX, AI21 announced unveiled Maestro, an innovative AI Planning and Orchestration System designed to deliver trustworthy AI at scale.
- Use Cases: AI21 can be used to build any custom text-based generative AI applications, such as writing assistants or support chatbots. Apps can be tailored to specific industry needs.
- Funding to-date: AI21 has raised capital to a total of $283 million at a valuation of $1.4 billion.

DataDog
DataDog is a popular security monitoring platform that covers any network, application, or database. It also covers application security, with software code analysis (SCA), cloud security, and cloud SIEM functionality.
- Why it’s cool: Last year, DataDog launched an AI and LLM observability platform. It helps developers to monitor, troubleshoot, and secure their LLM applications.
- Use Cases: Allows teams to monitor any GenAI applications, to ensure positive user experiences, ensure apps are secure, and reduce output errors, including hallucinations and off-topic responses.
- Funding to-date: Datadog has raised $147M USD over 9 funding rounds. (Tracxn)

Instabase
Instabase is an AI platform that enables you to take unstructured data and use it to automate workflows, ask questions and share insights.
- Why it’s cool: Instabase essentially helps you automate any painful unstructured document data collection workflows. It can ingest a massive variety of files in over 160 languages – even handwriting.
- Use Cases: Processing files in any format, at any length, including emails, attachments, chats, PDFs, images, emails, spreadsheets, and slides.

Galileo is an ‘Evaluation Intelligence Platform’ enabling teams to evaluate, monitor at security AI apps at scale.
- Why it’s cool: Galileo helps teams ensure LLMs they are using are accurate, secure and cost effective – it can event intercept end-user prompts in real time to protect your brand.
- Use Cases: Ideal for companies building customer service agents using AI that need to be monitored for accuracy, harmful prompt requests, and hallucinations.
- Funding to-date: $68m USD after Series B funding. (Galileo)

Aligned
Aligned builds custom, advanced AI models with a focus on high performance, without computational limitations.
Why it’s cool: Aligned claims to be able to be faster, smarter, and more streamlined for high-demand, enterprise grade AI requirements.
Use Cases: Bespoke AI infrastructure for large global enterprises.

CalypsoAI
CalypsoAI is an adaptive AI security platform that provides AI inference security, monitoring and red-teaming.
- Why it’s cool: CalypsoAI allows you to secure any AI models used in any apps against data loss and harmful behavior. It even offers Red-Teaming and stress testing.
- Use Cases: Security teams can build AI policies, automate AI models, and test for threats for AI models used internally. AI leaders can ensure external facing apps are safe and compliant for end-users.
- Funding to-date: $23m USD raised in Series A-1 financing. (CalypsoAI)

Credo AI
Credo AI is an AI governance platform that helps companies to safely and securely adopt and scale AI applications for internal use.
- Why it’s cool: The platform promises to provide complete AI visibility, with risk scoring and policy control to help you govern enterprise AI usage. This even extends to third-party AI risks.
- Use Cases: At HumanX, Credo AI launched Model Trust Score an AI based model leaderboard, that enables teams to evaluate AI model trustworthiness. This is designed for industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, defense, and has many other use-cases.
- Funding to-date: Credo AI has raised $21 million USD in funding. (CredoAI)

Tavus
Tavus has built an operating system that allows teams to build AI video chatbots that look and sound completely human.
- Why it’s cool: Tavus have built some of the most realistic looking AI-video chatbots I’ve seen. The agent can understand visuals cues and even emotions. You can even make a digital twin of yourself.
- Use Cases: Customer support, virtual sales, and immersive training are some of the current integrations.
- Funding to-date: $18m USD raised in Series A funding. (TechCrunch)

Airia
Aria is a startup enterprise AI platform that enables teams to build, deploy and manage AI-powered agents and apps for internal business use.
- Why it’s cool: Aria is all about scalability and helping your team to build secure apps. It offers an AI gateway, cost optimization, security and governance, and prompt management.
- Use Cases: Aria can be used to build agents, search functions chatbots, and more. It can help support engineering, finance, HR, sales, support, and marketing teams, to name a few functions.
- Company Info: Founded 2023, HQ Miami.
