OutThink Human Risk Management Platform (SaaS) Overview
OutThink developed a novel approach to managing the risk of data breaches caused by user behaviour. Our algorithm understands the individual users, measuring their attitudes by monitoring training responses via software telemetry as they undergo cybersecurity awareness training. For example, the algorithm detects when users are deliberating between two choices in a multiple-choice question, indicating ‘cognitive dissonance’ (choice B is what I should do in this situation, but choice C is what I actually do). It also detects rushing through cybersecurity modules, indicating low engagement.
