Sophos Intercept X Overview
Sophos is a cybersecurity provider that offers an expansive suite of endpoint, email, network, cloud and web security solutions, each of which utilize AI to protect against known and evolving threats in real-time. Intercept X is their EDR solution which combines traditional threat detection and response with additional anti-ransomware capabilities, including automated file recovery and incident analysis. Ths solution utilizes deep learning technology to defend against new and unknown threats.
The solution is designed with sero-trust in mind, and provides a single-agent, single console surecure application. Sophos also offers an Advanced package of the Intercept X platform, which extends its threat detection capabilities to aggregate network, email, cloud and mobile data sources.
